Catalyzmo (Pty) Ltd online shopping cart, Magscart, offers the ultimate online shopping portal for publishers and business owners launching new products, magazines, books or requiring a retention and marketing service to maintain and grow their audience.

We offer a sophisticated system, secure online payments and a comprehensive subscription management service with flexibility to evolve in these unprecedented times.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 24 hours excluding weekends when orders will be processed on the next business day and confirmed via an order number and email.
Magazine subscriptions work in cycles so delivery will be dependent on what time of the month payment is received for your subscription. Generally, on a monthly print magazine it can take between 2 to 6 weeks for your first issue to reach you. Publishers offer a combination of postal, hand delivery and courier delivery if required, applicable costs will apply.
Export restrictions
Please allow for up to 8 weeks for delivery of print subscriptions out of South Africa - you should receive your copy during the third week of the issue month depending on the receipt of payment and availability of the latest editions.
Return and Refund Policy
Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase or subscription delivery of your magazine, Catalyzmo will refund you within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client may attract an administration fee of 15% of the selling price.
Catalyzmo guarantees a 100% refund on all unmailed or defective goods in conjunction with publishers' policy. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please email the Subscription Operations Manager at subs@catalyzmo.co.za. Any damaged or defective goods must be reported to us within 28 days.
Customer Privacy Policy
Catalyzmo take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be via Visa or MasterCard and/or EFT
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Catalyzmo (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view the PayGate security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Catalyzmo (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Catalyzmo (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods and services.
Country of domicile
The website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Catalyzmo (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Catalyzmo (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
